We are freely using most up-to-date machinery and equipments and systematically performing work from design to production.

- Presently we are enhancing manufacturing systems to realize unmanned operation of the machinery and equipments reaching 700 hours/month, freely using manufacturing cells of 2 units of gate type 5-face machining center (DC-5ASM) and 2 unit of large-sized 5 axis control machining center (CMV-10), and fully automated large-sized turning center and lathe line, etc.
- Our engineering department are using 3D CAD system, enhancing CAM system, and continuing to eliminate adjustment works in the assembly process by producing high-precision constituent parts.
